[fricas-devel] Exposing formatters

I think that we should not expose MathMLFormat, ScriptFormulaFormat,
TexFormat and TexmacsFormat. AFAICS TexFormat1 has to be
exposed to fulfil its role, so probably should be exposed.

Opinions?

Although my version of TexFormat can be used to adapt the output at
runtime, I don't think that it is necessary that the formatters are
visible to the ordinary user in each session. If they can be exposed
(imported) on demand, that's certainly enough.
